Group mug making workshops

This is a very relaxed, beginner and chat-friendly workshop that is well suited to celebrations with friends and office events.

What's included?

Craft and decorate your your own pinch pot mug or bowl. After sculpting your mug you will have the opportunity to embellish your piece with stamps, underglaze paints and sculptural additions of your choosing.

At the end of the session, your creations will be carefully taken away to fully dry, be twice fired, and glazed in a foodsafe clear glaze so that they are watertight and ready to use.

Once glaze fired, your pieces will be delivered to you.

All clay, hand-building tools, coloured underglazes, firings and glazing included.

Details

Cost: $85 per person

Duration: 2.5 - 3 hours (allows for a 30 minute food break)

Location: The workshop will come to you! At offices, team kitchens work well as a location. At home, your dining or outdoor table.

What to wear: Clay washes out, and hand-building is not very messy, but you should still wear something you are comfortable getting clay on, or bring an apron to pop on.

Bookings

Bookings are available for weekday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays for groups of 6+. Maximum number of participants is 28.
